A thrown stoneware vessel with a slightly raised rim. This piece has textured clay applied on the exterior which has also  been decorated with layers of coloured slips and underglazes. A separate thin wash of crimson enamel has been fired on top of the stoneware glaze. The interior has a clear stoneware glaze.
